Construction of new pavilion including all amenities, full commercial kitchen, solid brick construction, concrete raft slab, structural steel work, metal clad roofing, and complete internal fitout with all associated trades.
Construction of all civil works which consist of 3 full size playing fields, all services including electrical, hydraulics, irrigation, drainage, fencing, earthworks and turfing.
 
Hungry Jacks- $1 Million 
Complete Refurbishment of existing building and construction of fast food facility and landscaping.
 
Charles Sturt University Podiatry Clinic-$483,000.00
Refurbishment of existing solid brick building to accommodate a new Podiatry clinic including all services mainly electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, data communications, sound systems, fire service and detailed joinery work and installation of all podiatry equipment.
 
Hume Shire Aged Care Facility- $1.7 Million
Full construction of 16 Bed Aged Care facilities which included two separate buildings consisting of major earthworks and drainage.
 
Bendigo Bank Refurbishment- $134,000.00
Complete refurbishment of bank premises consisting of demolition of all existing office partitions and floor finishes, and construction of new office partitions.

Glenecho Community Centre- $754,000.00
Full construction of community centre consisting of timber and steel construction systems

S.E.S Headquarters-$755,000.00
Solid brick construction including structural steel, hydraulic, mechanical and communication services, extensive earthworks and drainage.
 
Department of Human Services -
$1.01 Million
Construction of 11 Brick Veneer Aged Care Units including all amenities and fixtures.

Upper Wantagong Station Pty Ltd $822,000.00
Total renovation and extension of an existing solid pise homestead.
